Internship (tell us about that fabulous internship you had in Nashville): I lived in Nashville this past summer and was an Artists & Repertoire Intern at Big Machine Label Group. They represent Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, The Band Perry, Martina McBride, and various other country acts. I learned so much and had an incredible experience. I got to listen to demos, go to local concerts, and work local events such as meet and greets.
Involvement around campus: Chi Omega, Purdue Student Concert Committee, Dance Marathon
Favorite thing about Purdue: Purdue has been in my family for generations and in my blood since the day I was born. It feels like home and I take pride in being a Boilermaker!
Where do you see yourself in ten years: Life is pretty unpredictable but I see myself living in Nashville and loving my job in the music industry at a management company or record label. By then I hope to be married with a couple of kids as well!
What is something that you’re passionate about: I know this is probably predictable, but my main passion is music! I love finding it, listening to it and talking about it enough to want to make it my career.
Something that you love about yourself: I’d have to say my relaxed attitude and my ability to go along with just about anything! I’m proud of the fact that I’m spontaneous and always go with the flow.
